With an illustrious career spanning 34 years in government service across Himachal Pradesh and Haryana, Sh. Vasu Dev Gupta mastered every aspect of stenography and official documentation.
His journey took him through various prestigious roles - from stenographer to head clerk, court reporter to editor of debates. Each position honed his expertise and gave him invaluable insights into what makes a successful stenographer.
Rather than continuing his government career, he chose early retirement to dedicate himself to a greater mission - training young aspirants to achieve the same success he experienced. This decision led to the establishment of Sarvotam Type & Shorthand College.

Growing up watching his father's dedication to both government service and teaching, Shri Jatinder Kumar absorbed the values and techniques that made Sarvotam successful.
Today, as Principal of Sarvotam Type & Shorthand College, he combines his father's time-tested methods with modern teaching approaches. His vision for Sarvotam Digital Leap brings quality stenography and typing education to students across India.
Under his leadership, the institute continues to produce successful stenographers and typists who secure positions in government departments and reputed private organizations.
